Terms & Conditions
The details behind every Milieu trip. Please read these terms carefully before reserving your place — they explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Agreement to these terms
By joining the Milieu list, reserving a trip or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They form a binding agreement between you and Milieu Holdings LLC ("Milieu", "we", "us").
If you are booking on behalf of another traveler, you confirm you have their permission to accept these terms for them.

Who we are
Milieu designs small-group trips for professional women, combining travel, curated speakers and peer connection. We work with trusted local partners — hotels, guides, transport providers and venues — to deliver each itinerary.

Reservations & deposits
Places are limited and confirmed in the order deposits are received. A non-refundable deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT] per traveler secures your place.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Joining the list or receiving early access to dates does not guarantee a place.

Cancellations & refunds
If you cancel, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges are based on the date we receive your notice: [CANCELLATION SCHEDULE — e.g. more than X days: deposit retained; X–Y days: Z% of trip cost; fewer than Y days: no refund].
If Milieu cancels a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

Payment schedule
The remaining balance is due [NUMBER] days before departure. If payment is not received by the due date, we may release your place and retain your deposit.
Bookings made within [NUMBER] days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. All prices are shown in [CURRENCY].
